Each floor offers nearly 1 acre of column free space. The Brooks Brothers on the ground floor was converted into a temporary morgue on 9/11 to handle bodies coming from the twin towers across the street.

The system was trained on incidents of financial malfeasance from 1964 to the present day, collected from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a non-governmental organization that regulates financial companies.
