This fence and I are long time friends. I run with it almost every day. It spans a 2 mile stretch of part of my run. (that's a 4 mile stretch when I take the same route back.) I swear it goes up hill both ways (!!!!!) but it really helps me to keep going. I busy my mind counting posts...pushing my self ahead to that next one. But this particular morning...the light and the dew had me mesmerized!

HWW! Two workers put the finishing touches on a new house with a turret in Chisinau, Moldova. The exterior of the house was being stuccoed when I took this shot.

I don't often make pencil studies as large as this one but it is a commissioned piece. My client wanted it to be A3 size, 297 x 420mm, shown here nearly finished. The subject is Ingram House in York. More will be revealed later about the drawing. The next stage will be to add watercolour tints. The pencil is a Staedtler 0.3mm with Pentel HB lead.

This shot won't be able to be performed again until next month as the clock goes forward tonight, meaning the sunrise is when it finishes.

Whilst setting up for this pov the Hovercraft set of towards IOW and it seems like its racing the ferry who to was on its voyage to IOW.

PCRC 1863 enters the P.I.T. yard limits near Panama City with the evening passenger train from Colon. Due to intermodal traffic, the train arrived into Corozal Train Station about 30 minutes late. Not bad compared to other commuter lines. Though I can guarantee you, the tourists on board couldn't care less about punctuality.

This claw-like hand was a fantastic finishing touch to this man's costume.

Very glad we got done this week, temperatures were in the 90F/32C - 99F/37C range for the week. Next week they're looking at 112F/44C - 115F/46C range, with an excessive heat warning!

First time I have ever sunburned the backs of my hands, Ouch!
