Film swap with another Flickr member, Graeme Pow (see Graeme's photos here...
www.flickr.com/photos/graeme_pow/ )
35mm film (Kodak ColorPlus 200).
I used my Praktica LTL-3, and Graeme used his Olympus OM-1n.
Some images are as scanned, some have been adjusted slightly for contrast etc in Photoshop CC or cropped.

The second image in a series of three from a film swap I did with PJ Brez, a toy camera and pinhole photographer. He doesn't have a Flickr account but you can find his blog here.
I have numerous thoughts swirling around my head pertaining to this photograph, none of which seemed quite right when I typed them out. So for today, I'll let the image do the talking.

Joined in a film swap with Edinburgh LoFi photography group. I swapped my film with Olive Dean (www.edinburghlofi.com/members/olive-dean/)
Olive shot the first exposures on this roll of Fuji Superia 400 (not sure which camera) and I shot the second exposure in my Praktica LTL3.
Processed at home with Tetenal C-41 kit.
I feel like there was so much madness in the news this week. So I decided to revisit some photos I shot a couple years ago. I was looking for photos that spark joy, and I came across these from a film swap I did with my awesomely talented friend Adora. Maybe they'll make some of you smile too. <3
My friend Adora suggested we do a film swap. and I am thrilled with the results. I am so grateful for awesome friends who inspire me creatively! Here is a glimpse of Adora's stunning art: www.instagram.com/eye_carumba/?hl=en
My set was shot w/ my Olympus OM 10 loaded w/ Dubble Film Apollo.

The last image from 3-way "trifecta" filmswap project, across 3 continents. One photographer from me (Japan), one from Fotobes (UK) and one from Graziella Ines (USA).
For this roll we each shot entirely at random (1 of 3rolls). First, Fotobes shot at Brighton beach. Then Grazie shot in USA. Finally I shot the cosmos petals in Gifu. Nice atmosphere with unexpected lightleaks :)

Film swap project with Katt Jansen Merilo - I shot the NY protest scene and Katt added the Pacific NW Sunset layer. Total serendipity, also the Holga film path is 90 degrees with respect to the Mamiya :)

hodachrome and I have recently completed another film soup swap .. This roll started off in UK, for this image I took a photograph of an exhibition called The Blue Route, which was on earlier in the year at the Fabrica Gallery in Brighton (more about that here, and then when the film was posted to Japan, hodachrome shot Cosmos flowers in a small cosmos garden in his town Ena City, with a close-up filter. We don't discuss what we have each taken photographs of, so the results are always a surprise..
On finishing the roll, Hodaka "cooked" the film using this recipe here.

I participated in the fluster magazine "swappa." my partner was Khánh Hmoong of Vietnam. He was the first shooter. I was the second and took most of my photos in Chicago with my trusty Pentax K1000. flustermagazine.com/swappa/

I did a film swap with Jessica Kittle (www.jessicakittle.com).
I love how perfect the two exposures match in this one. And to think that it's just accidental...
On Jessica's blog you can see another picture from this roll, plus her thoughts on the process:
Film swap with Captain Bonobo who shot a roll of Agfa Precisa in his Holga 135BC then rewound the film and gave it to me to shoot over in my Lomo LC-A hence creating double exposures.
