La légende de l’oratoire de Saint Guirec la plus connue veut que les jeunes filles célibataires piquent des aiguilles de pin sur le nez du saint. Si, une fois la marée haute passée, l'aiguille reste plantée, cela veut dire que le vœu de mariage sera exaucé avant la fin de l'année.
Une autre tradition fait baiser les pieds du saint aux jeunes enfants pour qu'ils commencent à marcher tôt.

Yellow Dog Falls on the Yellow Dog River is approximately 50 feet wide and has a vertical drop of 30 feet. The distinctive feature is a massive lone bolder in the center of the falls.

These are feet that belong to a cute adorable lovely kid named Safwan. He is almost 2. He is the most cute little munchkin I have had the pleasure to have around me recently.
This was shot in April, on my day out to the beach. We took him along with us, it was so much fun watching him go nuts over the sand. He found it too amusing, kept grabbing them in his small fist and sprinkling it around, burying his hands and feet under the sand and discovering them again. Funniest thing was while we were laughing our head off, he was extremely serious and busy in his task. He didn't bother to laugh 'with us' =) :P
Dave always wants to know why I have so many pairs of shoes..........and only one pair of feet to wear them??

It been a while since something similar to this been posted so I'm getting back in the habit. This picture was taken back in April of 2007 of a young girl who was at the Zoo wearing no shoes because she didn't want to. I'm trying something new so bear with me at the moment...
You cannot build a museum near the Acropolis without finding ancient ruins below. You can see them through the glass floors. If you look up!, the perspective is very different.

Ya ever have one of those days at work where it felt like you had walked so much that your feet were smoking?? I was wayyyy past that today.

One day in August while I was babysitting for 2 little girls we went out to play in the rain. The older one insisted I stand with her on this manhole cover, it's hard to say why; and what the older one does, the younger one copies. So here we have 3 &1/2 year old feet (right), a two year old foot (she refused to move the other one into the photo), and my 54 year old feet; all waiting for further directions from the 3 year old.
