Once again, you know nothing will stop me, I splashed in the mud puddles and had a great time afterward rolling in the grass. This is what makes life as a dog feel so so good!
We took the boardwalk most of the way out to the two Ahu platforms. The native palm trees had been wiped out by cutting and rats. Rats ate the nuts and prevented new trees growing. So... these trees we walked through were imported and planted here in an effort to lend some of the original feel to this place.

.....when I was in Hong Kong my analogue Minolta started to feel sick, so I avoided using it. Fortunately my advisor at the University of HK lend me his very old one he got as free add buying a scanner. I was happy to capture my experience with another cam, though it was not really a good one (I know I should not complain). To make a shot I had to stand completely still and hold my breath for half a minute in order to avoid a blurry shot. Seriously. Well, anyways, I just photoshopped this one a bit to make it look less shitty.... ;-)))
