he AVISTARS ♛ 2022 - THE FINALIST PRESENTATION
- Presenting the official finalists of the AVISTARS ♛ 2022 pageant on Saturday August 13th at 10:00 a.m. SLT, while the finalists will participate in a secret speed challenge, there were a special feature by the MISS SL and MR SL models of MISS SL Agency.
The secret Challenge was to create an outfit inspired by the famous Designer Rick Owen. The Agency Models had the same styling theme over a week and presenting their outfit ideas in the show.
I am very proud and happy to be choosen as one of the models and you see my own styling creation.
Rick Owens' special and uniquely dark and yet glamorous, post-apocalyptic style with some gothic grunge is the main part of my outfit. I tried to add mostly black, largely abstract, yet approachable avant-garde designs into it. His sometimes provocative styles, such as the January 2015 Fall/Winter Men's show titled "Sphinx" inspired me for my outfit today, yet I placed my own ideas into my styling.

This past week was ridiculoussss in terms of workload/activities, so I was a bit absent from flickr.
Here is a picture from a fashion show at Penn I got to photograph with student models and designers. It was fun but I wish I was able to watch the show instead of making sure I didn't miss anything. Also, I NEED a bigger memory card! It was pretty scary having to frantically go through and delete old shots because of lack of space!
