Just got to spend a few days in New York and caught the latest fashion exhibition at the Met's Costume Institute.

Nine designers presented rich colorful swimwear collections at Bikini Under the Bridge 2011, JRG Entertainment's annual premier fashion event. This event was held at the Sheraton Hotel, Brooklyn, NY, August 7, 2011. There were two shows, featuring different designers, as follows:

As strange as it sounds, the model was told to imagine she were in the Irish potato famine, and this was the result. I couldn't have been more impressed.

Last week, I decided to finally do something for the gorgeous curvy girls and I've made four ooak fashions (now in my shop!).
For three of them I've used one of my latest additions to the fabric stash - a gorgeous black and dark grey pattern print, sooo beautiful!
Nellie and Luna are my models this time, Nellie is a Made to move Curvy Barbie. I might do a little repaint with her some day...
