It looks like we have a day of rain today so it's a day to do something creative. I had my second vaccination yesterday and had a great walk over the dunes at Merthyr Mawr with my friend Alex, taking lots of butterfly shots. The adapter is finally arriving on Monday for my new Canon R5 so I may start learning how to use the camera today. Perhaps a few dying Tulip abstracts. . this is an old one of my wonderful beach world, where the skies fly around your feet, and you look through faraway eyes. Faraway Eyes is performed by the Handsome family on my playlist.
Creative mood
After this confinement, my mind needs to free itself from all the good things I have dreamed of doing this summer. So don't bother me my mind is in turmoil. Creativity takes me right now. I am what I am; Free!!

An old long exposure from a night at Ogmore by sea. I think the thing I've missed the most this Christmas has just been contact with people and looking into their eyes. Faraway eyes is a version by The Handsome Family on my playlist. I do miss those Faraway eyes.

This Hobby was gazing intently at the 'Sparrow Tree', perhaps deciding which Sparrow would make a good meal.

This was taken in Maui as a storm was coming in. The air was balmy and still, and the light was fascinating! Those streaks above the ocean is rain pouring down.. we were treated to a lightening show that night.
So sorry for my extended absence from Flickr. Put it down to extreme busyness, the attractions of sleep and a burgeoning addiction to running... I hope whoever sees this has a lovely festive season - whatever your persuasion.Onwards and upwards!
