One from the garden today.
I decided to try for a shot or two of the female brambling that I have visiting my feeders at the moment and would have settled for a record shot of any description but although she had been about today she decided not to grace me with her presence while I was ready for her camera in hand !
So , there was this little lady chaffinch pictured above all fluffed up against the cold Siberian air we are currently experiencing here in the UK like many of you may be too though no snow here where I am as yet.
She sat here waiting patiently for a space on the sunflower heart feeder which had one lone bullfinch occupying it who was defending it against any other bird that attempted landing on any of the unused feeding positions. Other chaffinches were also dotted about in this tree having given up to the bully boy tactics of the bullfinch.
Spotted this bugger on the side of the house today when I came from work.
She was ready for a photoshoot.

In the dim understory of the forest floor the color of this poison dart frog (Oophaga solanensis) seem almost too fantastic to be real. Like other dendrobatid frogs, these colors serve as a warning signal of their toxicity. This species is endemic to the coastal rainforests of Colombia. Choco, Colombia.
Fantastic Caverns- America's Ride-Through Cave - is a family owned business. It was discovered in 1862 by a farmer - or more precisely, by his dog, who crawled through an entrance. It wasn't until five years later that the first exploration took place: 12 women from Springfield, answering a newspaper ad seeking explorers, ventured into the cave. Their names remain on a cave wall today.
The cave was used as a meeting place for the Klu Klux Klan, and as a speakeasy during Prohibition.
Because the beauty of Fantastic Caverns is vulnerable, the Cave is toured in jeep-drawn trams. Since you ride all of the way through, you experience the magnitude, the stillness, and the splendor of Fantastic Caverns while preserving its natural features.
A fantastic trip away spending Christmas and the New Year in The Lake District. The village of Buttermere stands at the north-western end of the lake. There is a path around the lake which is 4.5 miles (7.2 km) long, and at one point runs through a rock tunnel beneath the locality of Hassness.

Was woke up early to find low lying mist at Attingham. Was worth it so pretty, although not much colour since took a while for the sun to enter through the clouds

This photograph was insane to photograph as I was using the blue rubber/flex tube and it always wanted to move. I'd say over 100 shots...
Fant4stic (2015) Review:
I would give the film 6.5/10, not sure why it has been getting so many bad reviews. I enjoyed the entire movie it until the final fight, a little weak and Dr Doom was not a superior villain to mess up the Fantastic Four as much as he was intimidating when we first saw him as the villain. I liked when he mad his first move, that portal thing that you see in the trailers, how he took down the Fantastic Four. The final fight lacked and the fact they forgot about the character between the year apart from the events. The concept and what they were going for was very good but it was poorly executed in act 3.
You find this landscape in Caranthia, Austria near the little city called Ferlach.
