This fall is in Pukekura Park, NZ. I can't recall if it actually has a name, but I do know it is manmade and it circulates around 180,000 or so litres of water per hour ..... which I guess is a lot!

To shield, from man, the hallowed ground.
That mist-clad land of whims and spells,
Floating music and tinkling bells;
A door lies hid beyond night's pale,
Wrapped in a glimm'ring, shifting veil.
But if that spell-bound caul you'll pierce,
Then drink the mead from faerie tierce;
The shade will fall away, and lo,
Into the elven realm you'll go!
Where pwca, sylph and woodland sprite
Trip light and skip in pure delight,
While imp and hob kick up their heels
And spin and whirl thru faerie reels.
A faerie woodwind's eerie lilt,
From fife that's hewn of wood and gilt,
With pulsing throb of faerie drums,
Through the glen at midnight comes.

This little Faery loves the orange, fiery hues of Autumn. The colours match his hair & compliment his wings.
Snow is still melting on Mount Shasta (with part of the road to the trails still closed) but closer to town the water flow in these falls was already down to summer levels. In the spring, there is a second flow over the left side of the rocks pictured.

A role play sim with much needed nature. They have a calendar with events that goes along with the views: readings and storytellings of long ago around a campfire.

Yo les tengo uno, pero es contemporaneo, de la escritora argetnina Silvina Ocampo, que tantas historias cortas tiene, las cuales nos llevan a mundos increíbles.
Esta historia corta se llama "La casa de azúcar".
Es una historia sobre una mujer llamada Cristina que es demasiado supersticiosa para vivir en una casa que antes había estado ocupada por otras personas. Su esposo la engaña y cuando se mudan a la casa de sus sueños basándose en su mentira, comienzan a suceder cosas extrañas y preocupantes que sugieren que los temores de Cristina estaban justificados.
