A trip up to Manchester to see Port Vale play Man City in the FA Cup, along with 8000+ other Vale fans. I wasn't able to get a ticket for the away end as they sold out, so I was in with the City fans. We lost 4-1 as was wholly expected, but it was a fun day out and we had a few moments to enjoy. Hopefully the money from the tie will be invested in the squad....

I do not get the chance to see Manchester City in action very often. We had FA Cup tickets and they won 7-0. This young player Phil Foden looks to be.a future football superstar.
..... no, it's Preston North End or Charlton Athletic away in the FA Cup 4th round - ah well, the big boys will just have to wait until the 5th round to play the mighty Chairboys!!
FA Cup 4th round draw
Anyone who knows me knows that I have supported Liverpool FC man and boy. Today we took another step closer to Wembley with a win in the FA Cup. If truth be told it might be two steps closer as we’ve drawn Norwich in the next round😂I’d love for us to win it again. It’s never really been high up on the club’s priorities in the last few years but there’s something about the Cup. And as you can see I do love a cup final rosette. Always have. Which one of these will be the lucky one? Might need to wear them all . #037 #365photochallenge #365days #365photoproject #liverpoolfc #facup #lfc

Sue, me and Navin Shah, London Asembly Member for Brent and Harrow, with the FA Cup at the Salaam football tournament today. A brilliant event organised by the Stanmore Jaffery's - over 90 teams from a wide range of communities, inspirational and well recognised as a fantastic event for community cohesion, and community development, great fun. It is a long time since I have seen so many happy, smiling faces in one place.
