I never did much with CP when we were still going to Millinocket, mainly because I was usually the conductor for that job. That being said, I did get them a few times, as seen here with Andy and Matt heading north at North Twin.

CP GP38-2 3051 is leading CMQ 9020 with about forty cars, marking the last time a CMQ engine went north to Millinocket. It's just starting to snow here, the beginning of a predicted fourteen inches of snow, and within an hour, there were already several inches of snow on the ground.

Having started a short uni course with Lancaster University on Wordsworth, I thought it was time to brush up on Bill before he goes wandering.

(Always pleased on how good the D300 still is)

Ho sempre amato leggere.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown

After about 5 months, I'm finally back in the street of Genova, my beloved hometown!

While walking around the area of the Cathedral, I saw Simone smoking a fag in front of the store where he works as hairdresser; I could not notice him fully covered with amazing tattoos and coloured hair.

We talked a bit about his first tattoo and how painful it is being tattoed on the head; I particularly enjoyed the story of the first tattoo, done when Simone was eighteen for respect of his mom.

Then we moved to the alley behind us and I shooted a few portraits.

Thank you Simone for sparing with me the few minutes of your free time!

A wheel of an old (World War I) cannon. Captured with Minolta 58mm 1.4 lens.

More morning bliss. I have made so many of these and I have as many "out-takes" as I do published versions. Here's one I haven't shared previously.
