Winter storm Ezra came in like a lion on steroids last night after it rained all day yesterday with thunderstorms. Today is high winds, snow and freezing temperatures. It's always amazing to me that the weather can change that fast. A high of 60F yesterday to a high of 27F today.

(...and Laura.) After a long (really) subway ride I finally came to the right stop. Popping up at 125th street, finding my way to The Vermont House was easy. Knocking on the door- Nervous!- Putney and Ezra storms out of the door, welcoming. Ezra makes the first of many more to come delicious dinners. That felt good!
