Possibly remains of some of the canal sections dug between Leominster & Kingsland, although there are different opinions on this, so unsure. But it's too wide for a simple drainage ditch & runs parallel with the unclassified road which is heading towards Kingsland.

Killed in the crash of Sea Vixen XJ493. The pilot abandoned take off from Yeovilton, Somerset. The aircraft ran through the perimeter fence, crossed a road, ran across a field and into the river Yeo where it caught fire. Both crew were killed. Allocated to ground instruction at Arbroath
