Wet meal desolventization stage: The wet meal containing extraction solvent is dried, cooled, and treated to inactivate anti-nutritional factors in the desolventizer, ensuring the final meal meets safe feed ingredient standards.
Mixed Oil Processing: After filtering impurities from the mixed oil, a multi-effect evaporation system is used to concentrate the mixed oil to an oil content of 80-90%. Residual solvent is then removed from the mixed oil in a stripping tower, yielding crude palm oil that meets refining requirements.
Solvent Recovery: Solvent-containing vapors generated in the desolventizer, evaporation system, and stripping tower are cooled and recovered via a condenser, enabling solvent recycling and reducing solvent loss rates.

Expander: Utilizes screw extrusion expansion technology to form porous sponge-like expanded particles under high temperature and pressure, increasing oil porosity by 300% and reducing powder content by 90%. This effectively shortens extraction time, reduces solvent loss, and lowers residual oil content to below 0.5%.
Extractor (Ring-shaped): Expanded particles come into counter-current contact with the solvent. The ring-shaped design ensures uniform penetration without breaking the particles, with wet meal residual oil content of 0.3-0.5%.
DTDC Desolventizer: Desolventization, baking, and cooling are integrated into three layers. Wet meal flows from top to bottom. The first layer introduces direct steam for efficient solvent removal, the middle layer uses indirect steam for baking, sterilization, and enzyme inactivation, and the bottom layer cools and conditions the meal, producing qualified meal.
Evaporator: Uses a two-stage evaporation process to concentrate mixed oil. The mixed oil forms a film on the inner wall of the long tubes and rapidly evaporates upward. The design prevents coking and is highly efficient and energy-saving.
Stripping Tower: Concentrated mixed oil comes into countercurrent contact with superheated steam through the packing layer inside the tower, completely removing residual solvents to ≤0.05%. Nitrogen sealing is used to prevent oxidation and control the increase in crude oil acid value.
