Another image of one of my Orchid plants, I got in real close and tight for this beautiful capture of this Orchid. My Flickr Friend "Rigs Clearwater, Florida" has some AWESOME images of Orchids, you gotta check em out.

Raindrops falling in slow motion...
They danced with such a rhythm.
They moved with such a grace,
as though meditating in sanctum,
They filled the airspace.
They performed their ethereal ballet,
to the winds' orchestrated cadence.
With nature's unique cachet,
enrapturing me in transience.
Willing time, to standstill a moment,
shivering, I watch them waft around me.
Lost listening to their mordents,
unconsciously pulling close my chamois.
Devouring, with my eyes for maws,
Oh! what a magical sight that was!

Variable Oysterling is my favourite fungi it is so small and delicate and the colours are too, it was still growing in all the cold and frost, couldn't resist another photo.
Rainbow Explorer was a spacecraft launched from Earth. It was piloted by Marlena Glenn; however, the space probe was caught up in a Cosmic Storm and was forced to land on Eternia.
At Wise Villa Winery (Lincoln, CA). Shoot or Go Home Photography Meet Up Group for a Fall Colors Winery & Vineyards meet up with four models. Each of the participants are encouraged to bring with them any portable equipment to enhance the experience for everyone. Quite a few of the photographers were using light meters, monopods and various types of external flashes. This was a great learning experience for me. I am looking forward to more opportunities to not only expand my knowledge and skills but also my equipment.

I don't know how much I'll be able to be on Flickr except to post some photos because my hip surgery is taking place on Feb. 9th and I have a lot of things to do. I'll stop in whenever possible but I know that I will miss a lot of photos. Right now I want to spend time getting things ready, spend time with my family, and my dogs. I hope you all understand. Hopefully I'll have a chance to let everyone know how I'm doing after I get home from the hospital. I'll do that as soon as possible. Obviously it will be awhile before I can come back to Flickr in full force. I wish you all a very nice week and want to thank you all for being such great friends here on Flickr. Lots of love and hugs!
I'm sorry that I am posting so many photos. I just have so many and I want to have more on here for the Cincinnati Zoo. You certainly don't have to comment on them because I can't promise that I'll be able to visit your beautiful photostreams consistently for awhile. I'll miss seeing all your beautiful photos and talking with you all. Thanks everyone!

Was riding back from work when I noticed that an Explore was sat outside my Sons School. Driver had popped into Tesco opposite to get Son munch for his travels.
The first Ford Explorers were 4-door SUVs based on their Ranger pickup truck line. As popular as the Explorers came to be, at a certain point I suppose that there was a perceived market to have a pickup truck version of the Explorer (i.e. with an open box), hence the Explorer Sport Trac!
The original photo was of an elevated walkway at a Door County, Wisconsin state park. Photoleap was used to create this image.
