I had to test it out before my Flickr Friends are coming to join me, lol 😂

It works doesn't it, just resting your eyes on this photo, knowing that I worked through the forest, in 60 cm snow, uphill and downhill to show you Heaven on Earth, it does give you Peace, doesn't it 😁

Yes, this is summer 🌻🌾☀, and I love this place on the lake island. 💗 The weather +28C. 💗

And... there are lots of edible berries and mushrooms.

I think it must be Heron 😂😂

What a day 🙏

The hike 🙏

The joy 🙏

The laughter 🙏

The light 🙏

Aikos paws trotting in the snow 🙏

Wow, it's the small things, isn't it 🙏

Place to relax and to listen the soothing sounds of water.

Next time I will bring a showel so I can dig a hole for Aiko and me, you can find us at spring time 😆😁😂

The red and the blue dudes are on vacation, I hope they will return soon.

But I am happy that they have a substitute 😁😁😁

So welcome to the black beauty

The red and the blue dude together, what a nice weekend this will be

Aiko and me off hiking, seeing that fog covered the fjord I figured that it was smartest to walk the opposite way.

So we did.

And this is what we found.

I was speechless to put it mildly.

And I'm sorry if someone thinks I'm bragging 😂

Well I am a bit, I must admit 😄

I guess my answer would be that he had to do some effort himself to find the chosen one.

But it really can't be easy to find the chosen one or a close friend, when everybody is sitting at home in their own rooms, chatting and gossip in the virtual reality like facebook, skype and all the other meeting places.

I wonder when we all will see the whole picture and stop this development and figure out that we get all stressed out if we need to be online all the time.

Stress is definitely not good for you, your adrenaline is pumping and the result is that your body gets health issues. A side effect is of course that you ruin your energetic body too. Being able to feel the energy flow through my body when I have a deep conversation with my close friends is a fabulous feeling. I didn't feel that before, I had to stress down a lot.

Poor kids growing up ♥ I guess they have to deal with our mess...

A bit of Norwegian Shakespeareian in the morning does good for the mind.

It's either that or eat an apple a day...

Looking over to the other side of Randsfjorden, steep trail downward, loving the nice view up here 🙏

2-day trip on the weekend 23.-24.9.2017.

The abbey was founded in 1487.

Happy Sunday!

Stockholm in spring. Djurgården. Skansen. Sweden.

The Hornborga Cottage.

The Hornborga Cottage (Hornborgastugan) comes from the village of that name in Västergötland. It consists of a dwelling, cowshed and barn in a single L-shaped building.

One has to bend down to enter the dwelling since the door is only 105 centimetres high. The room itself measures only 4 x 4 metres and the stove takes up about a quarter of the room.

This cottage was owned for several generations during the 18th century by a family who acted as local verger; not a very important post in a district where churches were thick on the ground. The inhabitants had the right to glean hay after the farmers had taken in the hay-harvest.

The last occupant of the cottage lived from fishing and from mending shoes. He kept a cow and a couple of sheep in the windowless cowshed.

It really feels like that I am in another Universe 🙏

Everything is changed.

Sounds are gone.

It's so peaceful that you cannot imagine it if you haven't been in it 😄

The trail is all there for us, deep diving into the woods

A scenic wide shot of a sunny beach along the Red Sea combining elements of a desert landscape with a coastal environment. Where the mountains meet the sea, and the camels rest in between.

Several dromedaries, some with saddles, are resting on the sand. A bedouin local guide, wearing a traditional white tunic and a red and white checkered headscarf, is standing among the camels taking care of them.

A local way of life in a desert-meets-sea environment.

The sun's reflection is visible on the water's surface, indicating a daytime setting. The clear, calm, turquoise water of the sea is visible in the midground, with a few small boats anchored offshore. The presence of small boats in the water further defines the location as a coastal area.

In the background, a large rugged mountain range rises sharply from the coastline, forming a dramatic backdrop to the scene.

The camels are arranged in the foreground and mid ground, leading the viewer's eye towards the man and the water. The horizon line is placed low, emphasizing the vastness of the sky.

The colors are vibrant and saturated, with a strong contrast between the bright blue sky and sea, the golden sand, and the dark, rocky mountains. The sunlight appears to be strong, creating distinct shadows and highlights on the camels and the sand.

There is lots and lots of forest in this country 😄

A new week ahead in my SnowGlobe World☀

Amazing sunrise this morning.

It looks like Mother Nature is having a New Years AfterParty.

Wait for Meeeee😆, I'm coming too ❤

Taken on top of the mountain with a view down to the fjord 😄

She was just hanging there, a tree full of things, just hanging out with her friends,

We passed the blue dude and I was so excited.

My red dude is on vacation with Mae, so I thought it would be nice take a photo of the blue dude.

They do the little extra to a photo, don't they 🤔

When we couldn't see him anymore, we ran back to when we could see him again 😁

What do I not do for a photo,if not necessarily a good one, lol

"The mistletoe is still hung up in farm-houses and kitchens at Christmas, and the young men have the privilege of kissing the girls under it, plucking each time a berry from the bush. When the berries are all plucked the privilege ceases."

The coffee is in da making and something nice to have in the glass is ready to being poured, so welcome in 😄

And no food thank you 😂😂

I think I'm going to stop eating for the rest of the year 😁😁😄😂😂

Winter wonderland has its ups and downs ❄❄💙❄❄

Icy balls in his paws are one of the "downs"..

This is the place where I can find peace, contemplate, meditate, hike, gardening - all the nice things I love to do 😍

I never work from this place, don't use my computer or talk in my phone 😁

Gee, it's wonderful to 'escape' like this 🙏

I have worked hard for it tho, nothing comes for free 😆

Uusi katamaraani ennen lähtöä Konevitsan saarelle. Sortanlahti (ven. Vladimirovka). Laatokka.

❓➡ The question is: Does anyone read my description?

This weekend we are going to a new two-day trip to the same lake, but to its northern part, fantastic place with granite rocks...

📌 Please note: This is not a great, stunning, gorgeous (and so on) shot, I had only a few seconds to take this photo, because we were with group. It's only part of the story about my trip... for my memories. And I love it.

There are 2 photos in the first comment! 📷

Summer trip to Konevitsa.

Spirit of the north...

It was 2 days trip, on weekend. To the very beautiful island famous as the site of the Konevsky Monastery. It is located off the southwestern shore of Lake Ladoga.

In the Middle Ages, the island was considered holy by the Finnish tribes who particularly revered a huge boulder in the shape of a horse's skull, weighing more than 750 tons.

This boulder is known as "Steed-Stone" and gives its name to the island.

Absolutely wonderful place with fantastic atmosphere. I fell in love with this place 😍 Also it was really summer weather +28C and it was awesome.

Notice: Ladoga is the largest lake entirely in Europe and the 14th largest freshwater lake by area in the world. There are around 660 islands with a total area of about 435 km2.

Konevitsa on ortodoksisesta Konevitsan luostarista kuulu saari Laatokan länsirannan tuntumassa Sortanlahden edustalla.

Saarelle pääsee uudella katamaraanilla Sortanlahdesta (n. 15 minuutin matka).

OK, so the trees downhill have actually a "reason" if they are feeling jealousy.

This white tree had the best view of them all..

The other trees can't move their roots and find another spot.

They are actually stuck.

When someone says they are jealous because of something I have achieved or how I live my life, then I wonder.

Jealousy is a powerful word. It's indeed loaded with negative stuff and I bet we use it in a casual way without thinking what it really means.

We all have choices, whether you like it or not.

Sometimes we don't feel that we have choices, but I think we do.

I think that we don't want to see that we can choose, because it's convenient.

If you feel in your gut, your intuition, that something should be different in your life, than you should move towards the change. Try to listen what your intuition tells you. It can be difficult because you have an Ego that tries to decide for you...

Ego is definitely something else than intuition.

If you feel deep down that you are moving along the correct path, you should rest in the peace this gives you.

There will always be someone out there that questions your choices, ignore them and give yourself a nice stroke on your cheek if you know that this is correct for you ♥

Been there, done that!

Life can be difficult, but its worth the struggling.

Life becomes more and more satisfying and beautiful.

But you must listen to your intuition - it knows what is best for you.

I love lighthouses

Standing in the wind, waves flooding over them in all kinds of weather

Not moving

Not caring

Enduring everything

There is something so comforting and safe about them

A safe haven

Lighting up for everybody to see

For everybody to have

For us to catch

For us to capture

In all kinds of weather, yes

It's like Love, isn't it

Oh no, she is on that topic again - lol

Love is for everybody to have

It endures everything

We are all worthy it

It is the greatest gift of them all

It makes profound impact upon you once you know it is there

Never take it for granted, even tho it is something you should take for granted

Your life will never be the same once you embrace it

I have no problem in being an enthusiastic grandma ♥

We are having a great time together.

The time passes so quickly so I think I must make the most if it 😁

So we are laughing and talking and playing and bonding, bonding, bonding 😆😍

A woman was coming towards us while we were having a fun time and when she passed us she said "You are having such a good time together".

I think that our joy can influence others in a good way - as of course vica versa.

We often don't reflect on that, do we.

♥♥♥

And yes, the name of the goalkeeper is Mr Freeze, lol, thanks for the name, Crush 😍

Nothing is only black.

Nothing is only white.

There are always shades of colors.

If you are struggling, having issues, are down in any way, it may be difficult to see them.

Know that they are there for you when you have dealt with your stuff.

But you must deal with it to move on in your life.

Just the knowledge of what is wrong, why you feel down is a seed for change.

This is your intuition talking to you.

Listen.

The strength you will feel when you have dealt with it is very good for your growth, for your soul.

Take care out there, we are brave to live our lives ♥

It's not for new-beginners
