En la desembocadura del río Cuevas, existe una playa salpicada por enormes formaciones rocosas perforadas por el mar que dejan al descubierto cuevas y túneles. Se trata de un paisaje kárstico de gran belleza.

This is the first official release of exist~

We love hiking here. Picture a giant glacier coursing through this valley making the moraine hills on the sides which rise up over 500' from the valley floor. Many of the lakes are the result of massive chunks of ice breaking off and getting covered with earth which insulates them. Some ice can exist this way for thousands of years. Labrador Pond is a relatively large but shallow (4-6') relic of this time period, a mere 12,000 years ago.

One boat-tailed grackle "moved in" to the sea oat stalk next door to another grackle and its stalk. Almost immediately, property lines became points of contention and the two neighbors simply couldn't co-exist is such proximity. This dune ain't big enough for the both of 'em.

Como en muchas leyendas de amor, el padre de la chica, un alto cargo militar, nunca habría permitido esta historia de amor. Al enterarse de esta relación, el hombre mató al muchacho, hundiendo a su hija en una pena insoportable, lo que la llevo a clavarse una flecha de plumas en medio del corazón, cayendo sobre el cuerpo de su amado. Tiempo después, en ese mismo lugar se dice que nació una flor nunca vista antes, la cual se denominó Mburucuyá, otro de los nombre de esta peculiar flor.
La flor de la pasión puede significar algo diferente para algunas personas. Comúnmente simboliza la crucifixión de Jesús. La flor en sí tiene algunas características que se han relacionado con diferentes aspectos de la crucifixión. A lo largo de los años, la gente ha detectado estas similitudes y ha simbolizado algunos de los diferentes aspectos de la flor.

In our earth-lab, a life form has existed randomly, thanks to the reaction of atoms of the ingredients which were already there, in the lab, for the creation of this life form. It has started to develop and expand on the earth, randomly. Later, after billions of years, it got conscious, randomly , but not all life forms have headed to the same direction. The evolution occurred according "the tree of life”.
Speculation:
Big bang has sealed the fate of our future by creating the atom based universe, like all the necessary ingredients were put in a beaker, in a chemical lab, to become the expected ( not randomly) chemical solution.
A life form is the expected result, depending of the time, of the existence and reaction of ingredients in a beaker.

Aunque no existe soporte documental de la datación de este palacio, debió ser labrado a finales del siglo XVI, concretamente en las dos últimas décadas y fue mandado construir por los hermanos canónigos de la Colegial de Santa María, D. Antonio y D. Lope de Molina Valenzuela ( Tesorero de la Colegiata) al arquitecto renacentista Andrés de Vandelvira.
Posteriormente, este alcázar urbano, fue propiedad de uno de los hombres más ricos del país, D. Pedro Álvarez de Toledo y Leiva (Úbeda 1585 - Mancera de Abajo 1654) primer marqués de Mancera (1623) , título del cual el palacio toma su nombre y que llegó a ser nombrado virrey del Perú en 1638.
En 1900 la Congregación religiosa Siervas de María se instala en esta propiedad, habiendo sido utilizada como convento y sirviendo al pueblo de Úbeda para la asistencia a pobres y enfermos de manera gratuita durante todo el siglo XX.
Desde el año 2006, año en que la Congregación deja el inmueble, éste se encuentra libre de ocupación.

Un poco de Historia
Existen evidencias de poblamiento humano desde la Prehistoria. En concreto, han quedado vestigios de la Edad del Bronce, como el yacimiento megalítico de El Barcenal.
Se cree que aquí habitaron los cántabros orgenomescos. Se ha identificado San Vicente con el Portus Vereasueca de los romanos.Los primeros datos históricos conocidos de la Muy Noble y Muy Leal Villa de San Vicente de la Barquera, se sitúan en la época romana en la que, según parece los orgenomescos, tribu de cántabros, utilizó como salida al mar el puerto de San Vicente.
Alfonso I el Católico (S.VIII) repobló y fortificó la villa que consiguió un notable desarrollo gracias a los privilegios conseguidos por medio de los Fueros, otorgados por Alfonso VIII (año 1210). La historia marinera de San Vicente va paralela con la de las famosas Cuatro Villas de la Costa, a las que pertenecía, destacando entre sus gestas la participación en la reconquista de Sevilla o las expediciones a Terranova para la pesca del bacalao.
La visita del que fuera emperador Carlos I en el año 1517 y las crónicas existentes sobre las fiestas con que fue agasajado y las descripciones de la villa en esa época constituye uno de los momentos de mayor esplendor y orgullo de los barquereños.
