Well, actually I don't get the profits. 100% of the profit goes to benefit my church Hope Lutheran in Lubbock Texas. What does my church do with this money? As of right now, we have several missions going on!! It is a very exciting time to be a member of Hope Lutheran in Lubbock, Texas!! We are building schools, Churches, Seminaries, and water wells in Bufuula Uganda, we are working to support our friends in need at the local hospitals, we are providing a good Christian based education for our young children in the community, and most importantly we are spreading the word of God, not only locally but around the world!! What first drew my eye to this bit of creek bed above Kings River Falls were the shapes worn into the bedrock and the interesting pattern they made, and then as I began to look closer the scene began to separate itself into distinct planes, one layered on top of the other, from the submerged rocks on the creek bed to the ripples on the water's surface to the bedrock above and finally to the sky and clouds reflected in the water.
In it's 3rd year of existence, Chuck Raw and his daughter Saniyah Hagans who hosted Rawchella, offered up a bevy of mostly men and a young woman who took to the stage, grabbing a mic, singing to prerecorded music, and dancing around on the stage, all the while backed up by two extraordinary DJ's.
