Conjectures on existence
The universe came into existence when I was born and ends when I die. The past is merely stories, constructs of my imagination, and the present is merely electrical impulses in my brain. I am mankind, nature. everything! You can't prove me wrong by your existence because your existence might just be an element of mine. Reality can't be confirmed by your senses because senses can be fooled. How do you prove the existence of an external force when all forces are sensed internally? You can't.
Or, perhaps my consciousness is just a program running in a multi-dimensional computer matrix and I, as an individual, don't exist at all.
Or, maybe, just maybe, we're all just animals scrabbling about in the dirt, trying to survive; of no individual importance whatsoever and with no other purpose than the continuation of our species.

Naaman is returning to the Push Gallery with all new work after his much successful “How I Haunt You” show in 2006. “Perpetual Existence,” will be combined with another talented artist — M. Fortune. The exhibit will focus on the everlasting cycle of life and death, and the overlap and blurring of one’s past and present, even as we hurtle headlong into the future.
It's an exhibit not to be missed at the Push Gallery located next to Stella Blue on 25 Patton Ave. Opening reception will begin April 9th, 2010 at 7pm to 10pm. This exhibit will be up for the public to view starting Thursday the 8th through the month of April.

In it's 3rd year of existence, Chuck Raw and his daughter Saniyah Hagans who hosted Rawchella, offered up a bevy of mostly men and a young woman who took to the stage, grabbing a mic, singing to prerecorded music, and dancing around on the stage, all the while backed up by two extraordinary DJ's.
