DDC-Canine Myths
There seems to be a myth that Border Collies have to be outside exercising and herding at all times. This isn't true. Many Border Collies spend a lot of time indoors. However, it is imperative no matter where your Border Collie is that you have to exercise them. They are dogs who love to be worked. Shizandra is well exercised. Stu brings her to the park and we exercise her inside and outside the home.

ODC-Exercise
I exercise 3 times a week at the gym. Today I'm home so I got out my free weights and did a light work out in the backyard as the sun was coming up. It's very important to exercise otherwise you'll pay for it when you get older. So get off your butt and get out and move around!
It's too cold to run and play out side so Lolly is getting her exercise indoors by playing hopscotch!

The units of Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 (SNMG2) are sailing in the Mediterranean Sea, inter alia, participating in multinational exercises and Operation ACTIVE ENDEAVOUR, showing presence of the Alliance and conducting routine port visits in NATO and Non-NATO countries.
