Shooting parrots at this carpet shop located a Dempsey Road, when one of the parrots gave me the evil eye.
This evil Yellowjacket was on his way to attack the bumble bee. I got shots of that, too.
Yellowjackets, they just LOOK evil, don't they?
Its such a shame I was so close. So close to winning the Battle. Countless wars .... defeated, for what? to have me fall, fall so far from where i had started. The darkness is real. Evil is real it swallowed me whole enjoying the piercing sting forever tarnishing what was me into utter darkness.

Uppity, bestial riffraff like Mr. Brown Pelican always lie. Even an occasional truth is intended only to cover up a bigger falsification and is therefore, itself, a deliberate untruth. Oddly enough, his jokes are illiberal in their impact, surly in their aspirations, hidebound in their political deviousness, and impertinent in their shrewish philosophies. Stranger still, you can see where this is going. An obvious parallel from a different context is that whenever Mr. Pelican announces that war is peace, freedom is slavery, and ignorance is strength, his myrmidons applaud on cue and the accolades are long and ostentatious.
Does anybody else see a teddy bear waving at you? Or maybe an evil Ewok holding the bloody corpse of his victim?

About the Photo
*Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS *Lens: EF 50mm ƒ/1.8 II *Shutter Speed: 1/200 Sec. *Aperture Value: ƒ/5.6 *ISO: 100 *Focal Length: 50mm (80mm Equivalent on 35mm Film)
I shot this on a tripod using mirror lockup and a remote switch. To the left of the camera I had a Canon Speedlite 430EX II at full power and at 24mm being shot into a 60" Westcott reflective umbrella around 6 feet away from the model as the key light. To the right of the model I had a Vivitar flash at full power pointed directly at her around 15 feet away from the model. The Speedlite was triggered by a Canon ST-E2 wireless Speedlite transmitter and the Vivitar was triggered optically.
As usual I edited the image as a 16 bit TIFF I added a lot of selective mid tone contrast enhancements and changed the shape of some things to aid with the direction of the image. I added bright 105mm prime lens flare to the image in the model's hands and used a mask to remove some light around the fingers to give the impression that she's holding them. I made the eye appear red to add to the image. Of course, at the end of the editing I saved as a sRGB JPEG for internet display.
