On the way home from his first day at school, in brand new shoes, Miles balanced on a fence. Hope this counts as a fence!

This old advert for the TV Times was in the window of a closed newsagents on Horseferry Road, SW1.
The shop had been known as Dweller Newsagent at time of closure in 2013 & when the signage was removed it revealed the name Tom Wheeler.
Tom was a newsagent & was also a Labour Party Alderman on London County Council between 1946-1952.
I would guess the ad dates from the mid 60s? & i can't believe it was in the window all that time & so was maybe put there by a builder during the renovation into the cafe the shop is now.
