On a recent site inspection to Vietnam we thoroughly enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. A vibrant city that is busy, busy, busy during the day and transforms at night into streets that come alive with food vendors, knocking out a tasty Pho (the national dish pronounced “fur”) by the bucket load, grilling a bit of chicken on a tiny BBQ to earn a few Vietnamese Dollars and cooking snails on an open flame.
