WHAT WE DID Created the Esstival brand; took over the venue as an indoor digital festival with astro turfed Esstival workshop tent, indoor picnics, branded flags and vinyls, giant Esstival lettering, festival styling including mini teepees, flowers in wellies, deckchairs & picnic rugs, video wall, diary room, message tree, pie & mash dinner party, videographer, culminating in a huge festival party with bands and DJs, photo set, make up artists and entertainers..followed by Social Saturday team building with zorbing, human football, customisation of wellies, high ropes, laser tag and more!
WHAT THEY ATE Picnics of mini bagels, buffalo wings, salads and mini donuts, brunch stations, canapés of mini burgers, bangers and salmon fishcakes, pie & mash dinner party, lunch bags of wraps, sandwiches, hot cheese & onion pasties, brownies and fruit, mini afternoon tea and street stations - fish & chips, noodles, teriyaki, hot dogs and hot waffles…

WHY: The annual summer party to celebrate the company's achievements in the past year.
WHERE: Monkton Barn Galleries, Marlow, Buckinghamshire
WHO: The Wonderful Havas Employees (200 people)
WHAT WE DID:
We sourced the ideal venue and organised a Mexican themed music
festival with a mariachi band and live acts playing on the main stage,
headlined by the Magic Numbers and Chloe Howl. We created bespoke peep
photo wall, a fake beach with real palm trees, Mexican rug covered hay
bale seating, space hopper race, chilli drinking games, piñata
competitions, mexican fancy dress box and photo area, inflatable palm
trees, lifesize ‘Pin The Tail on the Donkey’ Tequila Girls &
Margaritas Stations. Not forgetting the Bucking Bronco!
WHAT THEY ATE: Authentic Mexican Street Food; Tacos, Burritos, Nachos, Chilli Con Carne & Rice

The Cultural Night in Les Roches is one of the most important events of the semester. All of the students become part of this night by participating in the preparations, attending the shows and running the stands areas in the main building. BRIEF To create a unique experience for Desperados brand ambassadors that fully immersed them in the culture and brand of the company. To bring brand values of authentic, wild, surprising and non-conformist, to life in a theatrical and interactive way.
WHY To communicate Desperados' vision for 2014, celebrate their global brand positioning in 2013 and to share key success stories so far.
WHERE The event was held across a variety of venues including:

Hoxton Hotel - Hoxton - Accommodation
Cargo - Shoreditch - Day 1 party
Queen of Hoxton - Shoreditch - Day 2 lunch
Eiffel Tower - Paris - Day 2 dinner and final party
WHO Desperados tequila flavoured beer ambassadors incorporating 120 guests from 37 countries.
WHAT WE DID Wonderland's role from concept to execution was to deliver a series of events and interactions that surpassed all previous DDays. From the creation of a live microsite for all participants, Wonderland managed all delivered all areas including...flight logistics, accommodation, branding, augmented reality experiences, entertainment (to include dance groups, beat boxers, free runners, bmx bikers), conference reveals and delivery, and finally two parties culminating in the final party in Paris!
WHAT THEY ATE A variety of well thought out bespoke menus from southern soul DJ BBQ pulled pork with corn frittas to duck liver parfaits, roasted beef with Desperados gravy, and monkfish. Highlights included Desperados ice cream cones and rum babas served in ashtrays with popping candy and baked alaska lollipops.

Weihnachten naht. Der Weihnachts-Businessman – inzwischen hat er seine eigene Reality-Show – motiviert seine behinderten Mitarbeiter mit dem jährlichen „Losbastel-Kommando“. Niedrige Löhne hin, persönliche Interessen her: „Alle auf ihre Posten!“, für eine Kundschaft, die gerade jetzt ein bisschen Behinderung braucht, um sich beim Einkauf gut fühlen zu können!
Siegfried Kerstein: "Vor meiner Tätigkeit als freiberuflicher Designer habe ich eine Druckerei für behinderte Jugendliche in Graz mit aufgebaut. Ich kenne daher recht gut das Problem, das viele behinderte Menschen mit ihrer Darstellung in einer Aktion wie 'Licht ins Dunkel' hatten und haben. Es verwundert nach wie vor, wie hartnäckig Bilder der 'Hilfsbedürftigen', 'An-den-Rollstuhl-Gefesselten', der 'Dankbaren' medial gezeichnet werden. Der jährlich stattfindende 'Barmherzigkeits-Supergau', einer sich mittels immer neuen Rekordsummen im Großzügigen beweihräuchernden Nation, ist für viele Betroffene und 'geistig Mitfühlende' schwer zu verdauen. Diese 'Aktion' (wenn eine solche schon gebraucht werden muss) gehört reformiert; die Gesprächsverweigerung der ORF-Verantwortlichen mit den von der Betroffenheit Betroffenen zeigt, wie wenig Licht über all die Jahre tatsächlich ins Dunkel mancher Köpfe gedrungen ist."

BRIEF: A dazzling array of 10 themed zones reflecting the different channels within the Scripps Networks International Portfolio.
WHY: To celebrate the relationship between talent, ad agencies, digital media, partners and media.
WHERE: The London Film Museum
WHO: Talent, celebrity chefs, production companies, agents, producers, media agencies, ad agencies, consumer and trade media from national and regional outlets, Scripps Networks employees, and partners of the channels.
WHAT WE DID: Built a bespoke illustrated 50s cupcake kitchen, designed and built an edible lolly wall and edible wormeries made of sweets for the Bizarre Foods area, created a round-the-world green screen adventure experience with hot air balloon, created Jenny Powell's Everyday Luxury area with nail bar and massage girls, and a black & gold all-singing-all-dancing Vegas area. Guests received a branded passport at the beginning which had to be stamped in each area. Big reveal into Vegas after their presentation onboard a "plane" (created by plane window cloud projections on the walls). Guests received giveaways from a branded vending machine on their way out.

WHERE Hay Festival of Literature & Arts, Hay-on-Wye, Wales
WHO Intellectual types, bookworms, fashionistas and comedians
WHAT WE DID Created a space where words & stories came to life: a reception desk with 'T' logo made of rolled up Telegraphs, hand printed wallpaper, interactive printing press, hand painted mural, writer's block
WHAT THEY ATE Food cooked by celebrity chef Xanthe Clay, branded cake pops served in wellies
WHAT THEY THOUGHT "The tent has been a roaring success as was the party. But most importantly I wanted to say that Rowena & Amy have been absolute legends - I literally couldn't have managed the last couple of weeks without them. They've worked so hard and gone beyond the call of duty about a million times in the torrential wind and rain."
