The Plant Exhibition Hall of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is now known as the Fletcher Building and commemorates the 11th Regus Keeper of the garden, named after Dr Harold Roy Fletcher (1956 -1970) who was in charge of development of the new glasshouses this, the Plant Exhibition Hall.
This structure has a bit of a forgotten look to it, hidden away behind the glasshouses. The original front door, with the fine bronze relief in a Eurostyle typeface now seems to be emergency exit.
Josey thought the BPC deserves a parade for its 2nd birthday. So when she heard about this wonderful pink pedal car, she was determined it would be their float! Never mind that it's in a cute little shop called "Eurostyle Your Life!" So I took the girls and their banner and we asked the shopkeeper if we could take pictures. He was so nice and obliging, even moving the car so it had a better background. Oh and the bunny wanted to drive for them!
I love this group, and I love that it totally gets me out of my comfort zone! So Happy Birthday, BPC!
This is a Honda Accord 2.4 i-Vtec owned by a friend who asked me to photograph the car before it goes to it's new home.
