MEDICAID: Assessment of Variation among States in Per-Enrollee Spending

Notes: Spending per enrollee includes federal and state spending on regular Medicaid payments for covered services, as well as supplemental payments, such as payments to hospitals for low-income patients, but does not include administrative costs. Estimates also do not reflect states' subsequent changes to the spending originally reported for this year. Enrollment is measured in terms of full-year-equivalent enrollees, regardless of scope of benefits. Massachusetts was excluded because of errors in fiscal year 2008 CMS data for this state.

Once I got a successful screenshot of my 3200x1024+ (multi-head) display at work, but now I just get this silly error in mspaint.

This is a interesting spelling error that I've caught recently on Buletin Utama (the main prime-time news programme on TV3) but it's in Malay. The headline says that a gigantic seafood can be served to some 400 people.

A Challenge for Upper Austrian Fire Brigades - The Emergency Error Battle - will be staged on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at this year’s Ars Electronica Festival. Teams made up of the men and women of fire departments throughout Upper Austria will face off amidst POSTCITY’s spiral packet chutes and put their skills to the test. In addition to the usual events that make up these competitions, participating teams will face some unusual challenges—tests designed to give an audience of festivalgoers as well as the competitors themselves an impression of how firefighters in the not-too-distant future will be deploying and directing their technical equipment. One of the challenges will include a task that has to be solved with the help of a Brain Computer Interface by g.tec medical engineering.

This badge was ordered when I was a vendor for the NH Highway Patrol. Notice it came in "High Patrol" It is one of two badges, I kept this one and one is in a badge collection of a veteran collector. The distributor, Blackinton, wanted these returned and I opted to keep them. Only two in existance. Super collectable and mis-strike with Blackinton Hallmark.

This happened when I tried to access a game from the inflight entertainmenet system.

A bit of a spelling error for the BBC. They have put Mike as a name of a person not as Mic short for microphone.

The film advance is loose or broken or something. I kinda like it, though. It's like a messed up diptych. ^_^

This underwater robotic installation explores what ”life” might mean in a post singularity, post climate change future. The project is based on new research about archaea (the oldest life-forms on Earth) combined with the latest innovations in machine learning and artificial intelligence creating the ”ultimate” species for the end of the world as we know it. New research is revealing the mechanisms by which ancient archaea called Sulfolobus acidocaldarius can move around to seek ”food” using tails known as archaella. The archaella use cogwheel-like ”motors” to swim about. Our collaborator cryo-microscopist Amanda Wilson is studying the structure of these archaella to make tiny drills made of DNA which might be used to drill into cells to cure diseases, but the robotic archaella are made through 3-D printing.

Add a description...

I’ve got an undersized little itty bitty cranium

Overflowing with little rivers that drip drip drip

From side to side

Different colors shapes and sizes

Great sense of vision

No sense of time and numbers

I’ve got a petite good great idea

Wouldn’t it be nice to know?

All the reasons why

Why oh why oh why

I just honestly couldn’t describe

I can’t tie any two ropes together

But I try

Make things

See things

Do great things

As you flow down any

of my strings of streams

The train information at Salisbury station was up the spout again. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen a Windows NT (yes, they're still running NT) error on those screens. No wonder our trains are so unreliable, and nobody seems to know what's happening...

Errores felices, diría Bob Ross.

This is from one of the last rolls I shot with my 35 mm yashica TL Electro. it was happenings like this that made me frustrated at times and that do not happen with the F4 what made me put it to a rest .

don´t get me wrong, I love that camera and it feels amazing to use, but the heavy mirror movement, unreliable rewind and light leaks can´t compete with the sound reliability of the F4.
