As he lowered his head to touch muzzle to snow, his mane parted, revealing a glimpse at the blue of his eye, reminding me that even in the midst of a wintry, white, snowy wonderland, there is always color to be found.

Her owner lives up in Washington but I was hired yesterday to photograph her. Sure is a pretty mare
he crested the hill and paused in the sunlight, studying me and assessing my presence. He looked so beautiful with the sun lighting his mane, turning it into a beautiful aura around his gorgeous head giving him the look of something celestial.
As he gazed at me I could feel a warmth in my bones, like someone wrapped a big, soft and comforting blanket around my body and squeezed it tight. And as I looked back at him, I could see one of God's most beautiful creations, standing in the most perfect light and then he was gone.
