I got the idea to send healing energy naturally by imagine to blow dandelions. Every seed with that fine umbrella flows to the One you want to send healing oder loving energy. Every seed and umbrella stands for different energy levels-regions (for example the chakras).
But as you just imagine to blow (or actually blow), the umbrellas will find their way at the correct positions on the Ones body (physical and energetical), where the One needs healing most.
You just be kind, easygoing and full of joy as children are /should be. Blow the dandelion seeds and umbrellas to everyone you want, with the best wishes for healing and loving and... other pure intents. :-)

As the sun was setting, I kept shooting until the sun was directly behind a farm house off of a highway in Ilinois (and thereafter, continued to shoot for as long as I had light!)
The Energy to waste plant in Poolbeg, Dublin. This amazing structure glimmers in the sunlight and changes colour with the sky. It stands out on the coastal skyline and getting planning permission for this building was a challenge. But it now fits in and is beautiful (in my opinion).

Sheffield has been recovering energy from rubbish for many years. In the 1970s the waste incinerator was connected to a small network of underground pipes to deliver heat to local homes. In the 1980s, the network was expanded and the Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) developed to generate electricity.
This new ERF is a large incinerator plant operated by Veolia which was opened in 2007 designed to cope with the amount of rubbish created in the city and to meet new stricter environmental legislation regarding emissions. The ERF is designed to handle up to 225,000 tonnes of household rubbish a year. It also generates up to 21MW of electricity to the National Grid. That is enough to power more than 25,000 homes. Up to 45MW of heat is supplied to over 140 buildings connected to the District Energy Network which includes homes, leisure centres, offices, theatres and university buildings.

PJM CAPACITY NEWS:
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved new capacity performance requirements this month. This marks the largest change to PJM’s capacity market its design in 2006. The ruling allows for little exceptions for resources that fail to perform during the few hours of “emergency conditions” that are determined each year. However, this does give generators the ability to charge more for capacity even though they are not improving the grids reliability. In other words, generators will gain more revenue even if they do nothing during emergency conditions.
The ruling comes on the heals of the extremely cold winter of 2013-2014. During that winter, 22% of the PJM’s capacity failed in a single day causing millions in uplift payments. The PJM is bracing for the worst, expecting coal plant retirements over the next few years will create further reliability issues.
ISO-NE CAPACITY NEWS:
The New England Independent System Operator is reporting that the growing market for renewable energy is helping to keep the average cost of electricity down. It is currently expecting 2,400 MW of solar generation to be available by 2024. That coupled with more than 800 MW of wind being utilized as of the end of last year has helped to keep cost low.
However, according to the ISO, traditional generation is being forced to charge higher capacity costs to make up for the lost revenue due to renewables. The more that solar and wind generation becomes available the more financial pressure is put on coal and nuclear.
THE RUB:
The balance of energy demand with energy supply is one of the most important objectives of an energy system. Capacity markets are designed to ensure that there are enough electricity capacity resources to serve customers on the hottest and coldest days of the year.
The news outlined above regarding 2 of the major capacity markets in the U.S. is a mixed bag. Despite new rules for one and additional resources for the other, customers can expect more of the same.
