Many people around the world are in desperate need. Poverty, death, disease, and disasters wreak havoc in the lives of millions. Many times little children are the ones who suffer the most from these problems, and they are the ones most desperately in need of our help. Children are our common treasure and the life of any child is priceless.
During a stormy evening on December 1st, 2024, exhausted and hungry, weary from a sleepless, rain-drenched night, I remained steadfast with a tattered blanket outside the UNHCR office, a defender of hope amidst relentless challenges. ️
My pleas emblazoned on a banner and clipboard, I encountered a contemptuous man who, dismissive and scornful, hurled refuse rather than aid. 😡 Defiant, I recorded his sneer and retaliated, reflecting a world with a wavering moral compass, eroded of compassion in a society bereft of humanity.
Years of such hostility amplify my resolve to beckon empathy, urging €5+ donations for food and systemic change. ✊

Pinups for Patriots and Amber of Cat's Pajama Magazine met with friends at a local skate park where many displaced humans gather. We enjoyed a warm meal with folks who wouldn't normally be surrounded by friends or family for the holidays
Each year families gather together for fun festivities while our homeless community seeks out places to keep warm and get a hot cup of cocoa. This year, we wanted to bring warmth to their hearts by sharing a meal, chatting and listening. We worked with Bravo Base to get the word out to our homeless veterans as well.
