A brief comment on the relationship between a corrupted archeotrauma, child abuse, and malicious gossip.

First, George Harrison of The Beatles wrote a song called, Devil's Radio (lyrics, video) that was inspired by a church billboard he had seen:

...It's all across our lives

Like a weed, it's spread

'Till nothing else has space to grow

The devil's radio...

(Other members of the band are listed below*)

Imagine a pint glass half-full of beer where the glass is an abusive personality's brain and the beer their corrupted repression.

Gossip is leakage from this repression and is the mechanism used by a psychological predator to target a grown-up child.

As an example, this can be achieved by a predator's tone of voice resonating with the corruption inside the heads of those of a similar persuasion who then join in the targetting of the chosen victim.

Behind closed doors, the leakage may develop into a flood and break the spirit of an ordinary-sized child in the same way a horse is broken.

This usually happens in infancy, and in Dover, England, appears to be a popular way of establishing unnatural psychological control over offspring.

Also in Dover, it is not uncommon to see such damaged children, particularly teenagers, subsequently develop their own parenting skills by corrupting their repression and projecting the resultant unnatural urges to murder onto some total stranger in the street.

This is often done under the direction (and control, of course) of the parents who damaged them in the first place.

One of the ways in which child abuse is passed from generation to generation.

The psychological wound created by the spirit being broken is known as the archeotrauma (alt. archaeotrauma).

Also see Evolution and Psychology Research (just a bare-bones holding page at the time of writing, but one that outlines unconventional areas of interest).

In today's hyper-connected world, our minds rarely get a moment of true rest. Constant notifications, emails, and endless scrolling can leave us mentally drained. One powerful way to reclaim your peace is by practicing a Digital Sabbath.

Let’s explore what it is, why it matters, and how you can start.

What is a Digital Sabbath?

A Digital Sabbath is a designated time—typically one day per week—where you intentionally disconnect from all digital devices:

- No smartphones

- No social media

- No emails or work-related tasks

- Minimal or no screen use

The idea draws inspiration from traditional Sabbaths—a day of rest and rejuvenation—but applies it to your relationship with technology.

Why You Should Take a Digital Sabbath

Here are just a few mental health benefits you can expect:

1. Reduced Stress and Anxiety

Constant screen exposure can trigger:

- Information overload

- Stress from urgent notifications

- Anxiety from comparison (especially on social media)

Unplugging even for a day lowers cortisol (the stress hormone) and allows your nervous system to reset.

2. Improved Sleep Quality

Exposure to blue light from screens—especially in the evening—disrupts your natural sleep cycle. A day without screens:

- Helps regulate melatonin production

- Encourages more restful, deeper sleep

- Makes it easier to fall asleep naturally

Emotional, Mental, Psychological well being

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and a constant barrage of distractions. While the challenges of modern living are unavoidable, there’s one powerful tool that can help you manage it all — daily meditation.

By dedicating just a few minutes a day to mindfulness, you can significantly improve your mental health, boost emotional well-being, and find a sense of inner peace that transcends the chaos. Here's why meditation is so effective for your mental health and how to get started.

The Power of Meditation for Mental Health

Meditation is more than just a relaxing practice — it has profound effects on your mental health. Studies show that regular meditation can positively impact a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and stress. Here’s how:

1. Reduces Stress

One of the most well-known benefits of meditation is its ability to reduce stress. Through mindfulness meditation, you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps calm the body’s stress response. This reduction in stress hormones like cortisol leads to a greater sense of relaxation and emotional balance.

2. Improves Focus and Concentration

Meditation requires you to direct your attention to the present moment, which helps train your brain to focus more effectively. With consistent practice, you’ll find it easier to concentrate on tasks throughout the day.

From prioritizing the basic needs to including crucial elements such as early learning and physical, mental & emotional well-being, preschools have always been considered a holistic approach to the growth and development of your little ones.

Sometimes, numerous misconceptions regarding preschool can cloud the judgment of parents. Among the many notions, the most common one is that they have an inflexible routine when, in fact, they offer one of the most flexible schedules, which is even personalized to the needs of parents and little ones.

Another prevailing myth is that an infant care regime merely encompasses and focuses on napping and feeding.

While these primary aspects are considered a priority, numerous factors, including playing & interacting with other tiny tots, early learning & development, sensory stimulation, and health & nutrition, are equally encouraged in the programs.

These elements ensure a playful, nurturing, healthy, and secure environment where your ‘bundle of joy’ is prepared to thrive in the future.

If you are contemplating your decision to enroll your baby in a preschool because of such misconceptions, walk with us to unravel the nuances of the daily routine for infants, and towards the end, you will comprehend how daycare is one of the most reliable solutions for effective parenting.
