The bar is supposed to be modelled on Giger's idea of the Alien egg chamber in ALan Dean Foster's book. This is suspended over the largest table.
I guess they mean there's a little man in embryo form tucked away inside the bronze compartment set in the wall. This is in the side wall of the crematorium in Boroondara (Kew) Cemetery.
This begins to look much more like what we would imagine an embryo to look like. The chicken and the human embryo are homologous; they have similar features. The embryo has started to develop organs like the kidney.
