I was a little unsure when doing this but I am glad I did in the end. Effect works pretty well and I am happy with the outcome.

Also gives me the chance to use naked as a tag !

Until recently, successfully culturing embryos to the blastocyst stage was difficult. This term describes the process when the embryos grow for longer in the laboratory, and undergo critical developmental changes before being returned to the womb.https://indiraivf.wordpress.com/category/blastocyst-embryo-implant

After a couple of self-produced works and a first album ('Chaotic Age' - Officina Rock) Embryo found its sound and went to Fear Studio to record its second cd 'No God Slave' (Rising Records – 2010) with producer Simone Mularoni. Salvatore Perrone directed 2 videos for the tracks “No God Slave” and “Flatterer Of Indifference”. This album has also received very good reviews (8/10 metallus.it, 10/10 truecultheavymetal.com, 6/7 metalnews.de….) and led the band to play new gigs in Switzerland, Germany and Italy and be part of Kung Fu Factory’s Supremacy MMA videogame soundtrack with 2 songs. After 'No God Slave' the guitar player Uge had the honor to become Peavey endorser. In 2014 Embryo records a promo at Atomic Stuff Studio with Oscar Burato and signs a promotional deal with Atomic Stuff Promotion. In May the band will record the new cd in Domination Studio with Simone Mularoni. The be(a)st is yet to come!

"Mature Arabidopsis thaliana seed sections of 1 μM, stained with calcofluor-white and Auramine O. Observation was done with fluorescent widefield microscope with DAPI filter. Picture was taken with a colour camera at 400x magnification. Image treatment was done using Fiji and Lightroom.

The fineness of this section, coupled with a staining specific to structures containing cellulose, thus bringing to light cell walls, allows to precisely understand the internal architecture of the seed.

Nowadays, comprehension of plant development is a major challenge. Complications related to food-processing industry and the increase of people on earth are serious problems for which scientists absolutely must find solutions. Studying seed can become a foundation in the progress of agriculture, regarding their characteristics, such as germination time for example, which could help to increase yields on a time scale.

Because the heart beats under a covering of hair, of fur, feathers, or wings, it is, for that reason, to be of no account?

Well i see both sides of the story. I feel bad about chicken embryos. But I cant do anything about it. They sacrifice their life for research and education. Hope they will get a good afterlife.

On July 3, we moved our shubunkin--fancy goldfish, aka "Poor Man's Koi"--to a new pond. On July 4, they presented us with a batch of eggs. Here is an egg at 3 days, magnified 100 times, a day or so before hatching. The little fish inside is staring out head-on--those dots are its eyes, and the spine is curled behind them. The little fish are swimming and wriggling in their 4mm eggs; a few seconds earlier, it was in profile. It can see out of the egg at this point and quite possibly flipped around to look at me; they are born intensely curious about everything and don't develop an aversion to light and an instinct to hide until they are about 24 hours old.

Magnified 48x.

I believe the photo was taken on the day of the transfer, September 15, 2003. But which is which, and who is who? Christi thinks the one on the right is Andrew.

The image from Ellen's first official ultrasound! On April 9th she was 6 weeks 2 days +/- 4 days, so as I suspected, we were much earlier in to the pregnancy than the calendar first led us to believe!

That gives us an expected due date of December 1, 2009 +/- 4!

To help you out a bit...

* The large black oval is the gestational sac

* The lighter circle within that is the yolk sac

* Our baby would be the tiny grain of rice off to the bottom left of the yolk sac
