T-Shirts Unique opened in the 2000s and relocated to 9014 Boulevard Road in Providence Forge in 2012; it was previously Bernard's Custom Jewelers, which opened in the early 1980s. It became Friedman's Custom Jewelers in January 1986, which relocated here on December 21st, 1986, and became Bill's Sport Center in August 1989, which closed in the mid 1990s.
DIY opened in the mid 2000s and closed in the mid 2010s; it was previously The Book Nook. It became Lollipop Kids on April 1st, 1998 and Embroidery Works in fall 2001 (originally located at 4906 George Washington Memorial Highway).
Both tenants became part of Miracle Fencing Club in January 2020.
