The first (and longer) leg of the trip from Toronto to New Orleans was aboard this, an Embraer ERJ-145 jet.
Because I was lazy and did not reserve a specific seat as soon as I knew I was going, I ended up sitting beside a guy who put a larger-than-allowed laptop bag between his legs and strayed way over the line onto my side. Whatever happened to the unspoken male rule of personal space? Oh well.
