This is the time of year when the landscape can look like it is an engraving or an embossed greetings card! Fyvie loch with (hopefully) that kind of winter feel, with just a hint of colour and just a hint of 3-D ... best viewed large ;o)

I love this little pearly pink & brown one, yeah, another new embosser!!!!

Again with Bevs beautifully neat work, I thought I would try and clean mine up a bit!:o)

Took this multiple exposure of some daisy's at Rockway Gardens last week...played in CS6 with some embossing!

Almond cake filled with vanilla buttercream.

Client requested the diamond embossing and the various sized ball boarder. Everything else is all ME!! I LOVE when I get to do whatever suits me ; ) I wanted something elegant but still a little whimsical.

Another example of "emboss."

Natural light, green color form outdoors.

Slow progress with the right corner details complete using a mix of the old dark gray and dark bluish gray for the walls. Since the printed letter D is too small, decided to make an embossed one for the wall.

Every little detail matters...

here's one that could have gone into macromonday's theme of bag yesterday ~grin~

For the "glass" theme 2 weeks ago I rescued a glass jar from the recycling bin and examined its possibilities. In the end I plumped for a picture of the neck, but not before noticing a series of dots and numbers on the bottom. So I knew where to find embossings.

This one is on the bottom of a glass jar of Sainsbury's 'Taste the Difference" beer braised onion chutney. I don't know its significance. There was also an E at one corner and a symbol made of two arrows at the other.

The figures are about 6-7 mm tall

For "Macro Mondays" - "Embossed"

A leaf from our courtyard, subjected to one of those embosser thingies that you can use to mark the books in your library.

Same item as this other shot, but captured in some late afternoon sunlight. I didn't apply any color filtering/correction to either one of these photos; the light was just that different.

For this week's theme on Macro mondays "inheritance" the detail of leather embossing on a document folder. It used to belong to my grandfather.

Detail of large embossed medal I won in 1981 at major indoor archery tournament in Las Vegas. (Those were the days!!! 😊)
