A couple of wolves crossed the road in front of me while I was traveling on the Echo Trail north of Ely, Minnesota. A jet black wolf, as well as a more traditionally marked wolf. Just happened to have my camera sitting in the front seat, so I was able to snap a couple of pics before they disappeared on the other side of the road.
I was taking some sunset shots on the canoe trip through the Boundary Waters and this guy flew right by. Pretty cool.

Was at the International Wolf Center recently while in Ely, Minnesota. Was a well done educational facility, the glass that separates humans from wolves was about the best a photographer could ask for, nicely done!
