This wasn't the best angle for a night shot of the tower, but I had spent quite some time taking pictures during our recent trip to Paris and thought it wise not to antagonise the missus any more than necessary. This view was taken from just below the Trocadero.

Which one is real?

At the Eiffel Tower the guards were interested in my cameras. Not in a "we think they are bombs" kinda way, but in a "wow, that's cool" kinda way. I handed over my TLR and they were all laughing and trying to see and getting confused because everything is backwards. It was nice. Who says the french are rude? They were really nice to me.
