My wife and I were on a 5 day trip to the Picos de Europe with Ashley Gardner of Imber Court Photo Training last week. Not perfect weather but as we descended from Puerto de San Glorio we were treated to a grand rainbow.
This an edited version that Ashley did for me with some special software that worked with Photoshop but not Elements.
