the Hofstra AI Symposium on Friday, April 25th, at the Science & Innovation Center, a day dedicated to showcasing how Hofstra faculty are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their teaching, research, and academic practices. This event is co-sponsored by EdTech, the Joan and Donald E. Axinn Library, Office of the Provost and Information Technology Services.
Faculty from a variety of disciplines will share how they’re using AI in teaching and research, and we’re thrilled to welcome José Bowen, co-author of Teaching with AI, for an interactive keynote.
I don't normally mess with my photos after I've taken them - although I do enjoy doing so when I get the chance. While I liked this photo as it was, I think it's much better with a pink wash over the top.
For the first time in Jackson County we brought together educators for a day of connections and learning about practices with instructional technology! More than 30 sessions were led by local educators and the day included the launch of a student-made iPad app!
