The day started as a day booked to tryout google glass, I did. I loved them, but the security guard made feel so awkward, I didn't buy. But I did go for a walk. And I saw things that blew my mind.

I've converted a few pens to eyedropper use over the years, but I grew tired of greasing threads. After repairing a couple of gummy Parker 51 Aero connectors, I realized that I could un-convert this pen. I had removed the cartridge piercing tube, so I couldn't go back to Sheaffer cartridges and converters, but I could move forward to a built-in squeeze filler no worse that the only one that ever fit this particular Connaisseur (with the brass plug).
