Another amazing misty Autumn session on the Kennet & Avon with a portage at the Dundas Aqueduct and a return into Bath on the River Avon. Ian M's great leadership of the group of twenty and demonstration of the only successful Canadian Canoe weir run at Bathampton (try to spot Margaret in the shot

smile emoticon

) - despite it being impossible to have more water in the boat than he and Margaret had - and definitely defying the laws of physics that it remained afloat !

We were also useful to a barge owner with no engine - The awesome towing power of Canadian Canoes delivered through a throw-line has to be seen to be believed.
