I'm not the type to count my steps so I couldn't even tell you.

This result was taken on a very fruitful day in November 2019, when lots of fog was hanging around on the hills and valleys. If you are going to visit the woods as well, leave nothing than your footprints and do not take anything than your impressions.

This evocative black-and-white image captures the raw energy and heritage of a traditional camel race in the UAE. Riders, poised with purpose, guide their camels along the dirt track under the desert sun. Camel racing is more than a sport in Arabia — it’s a cultural institution that reflects centuries of Bedouin tradition, endurance, and deep-rooted pride. These races once symbolized tribal prestige and are now celebrated in modern arenas with robotic jockeys and global spectatorship. Your photo beautifully preserves this transition between past and present, paying tribute to the region’s enduring connection with its desert-born legacy.

KTP | Botsuana

We took the Kaa Wilderness Trail in the northern part of the KTP. There is a spot, where the track goes right over a big area... with dozens of Meerkat holes. Turn of your vehicle, be quiet and patient.

It took a good 20minutes, till the Merrkats came out, one by one.

As a thick cover of fog laid over the hills and valleys around, this day in November offered superb opportunities for woodland photography throughout the day.

We arrived to the falls at about 9pm. There were campers scattered all over the grounds. But surprisingly no photographers! We hiked up the cliffs to checkout out where we would be setting up. The water fall was just gushing and a massive wall of misty, fog was blasting above the cliffs and all over our faces! We took a nap until about 130am and quickly hiked back to our spot. The mist was still coming up by then but we were determined to shoot the milky way. I would have to wait for the sky around us to clear until I got a decent shot. The mist just wouldn't stop. I'll admit once I got home and loaded the pics to view that I wasn't satisfied with any of my night shots. Too much fog blurring through the stars..... oh well, it was a great time with an awesome friend. We stayed up until sunrise and were treated to some great sun rays blasting through the mist! i can't wait to take trip back here at the end of the Month!

Even so, these kingfishers are pretty common, when you visit Botsuana, I never get tired of getting a good picture of them. Love these birds.
