Love so full

so tender

so warm

so melting

so forever

till Eternity ❤️

~ Credits ~

The tombstones in this cemetery are very orderly..in neat, perfect lines. At certain angles they seem to go on forever...for eternity, which is a fitting theme. Our life on this earth is short..but our death is eternal...as eternal as the hills..the sun..the sky.

The thought doesn't make me sad; instead I'm comforted. New life will replace old, and the world will go on...for eternity.

Sorry I havent been posting any photos or looking at your photos recently. I've been taking a break from Flickr. Still working alot but I'm hoping to start to return to flickr over the next fews days, as time allows.

The iris originated in ancient Egypt, where it was sacred to the goddess Isis. Egyptians believed iris could guide souls to the afterlife and included them in funeral rites. The iris' association with rebirth and immortality led Egyptians to view it as a symbol of eternity

Every moment of here and now becomes and is an Eternity, therefore Eternity, of good or bad, begins now .....

Totensonntag (Sunday of the Dead), also called Ewigkeitssonntag (Eternity Sunday) or Totenfest, is a Protestant religious holiday in Germany and Switzerland, commemorating the faithfully departed. It falls on the last Sunday before the First of the Sundays of Advent and it is the last Sunday of the liturgical year in the German Evangelical Church and the Protestantse Kerk in The Netherlands.

view from the cellar room of my lodge, where I'm allowed to practice in the evenings.

The sun dissolved in the joy of the surf ...... there was a Black sea, it became Golden!!!!! Touch it with your palm if you want.

The sea is a living fire.

The sea is a font without a bottom,

A dream from reality and a reality from a dream.

The sea is the breath of the spheres,

If you love — love without measures,

If you want to reach the stars —

There is a bridge between the earth and the sky.

The sea is a sleeping thunder,

An alloy of eternity with gold,

A world where time runs easily

Right in the heart of a living river.....

Happy evening all! :-)

Despite the fact that I went there that night for astrophotography, I found more interest in photographing the twilight ... a moment of eternity

tranquilidad en la eternidad

At Mount Psiloritis (Idi) in central Crete lies the Nida plateau, at an altitude of 1450 meters.

"The formation of the mountain and its landscape is a continuous and never ending process that even nowadays is reshaping the mountain. The tremendous forces of the

Earth which created land in the past and raised up the mountains to their present altitude are depicted on the numerous faults and folds of the rocks ..... the formation of the mountains 30 million years ago and which today occur within high pressure metamorphosed rocks.

All this wealth of the landscape and Earth which is concentrated on Mount Psiloritis, with its great variety in shapes and combinations, together with man who loved this

place and adorned it with his creations and activities, constitute the geodiversity of the mountain. It is a heritage of the Earth itself and its processes that till recently only

shepherds and rare travelers could admire.

Today, through the Psiloritis geopark, this natural heritage is under protection and enhancement and is used as another tool for the sustainable and responsible development of this area.
