To me nothing is more mysterious or enigmatic than smoke. I could stare at a whiff of smoke flowing out of a burned candle for as long as possible !
I really enjoyed clicking smoke, and will definitely click some more in the coming days.

An "ancient" passageway in Hamilton Botanic Gardens. In these enlightened times ones follows as a respectful husband which just happens to be the best composition.

I had envisaged this in black and white when I first arrived at the scene, and when I saw the position of the sun and movement of the clouds I knew I wanted a long exposure to maximise the impact of the scene, but when I got back home and started processing the image I rather liked the colour version too, so I’ve decided to post both versions!.
This white rose against the sky reminded me of the song Return To Innocence. If only all things in life were this pure & simple!

So this is Sculpture 67 entitled 'Enigmatic' by the Danish artist Steffie Talks. 'Enigmatic' is located along the Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk, just near MacKenzies Bay.
Steffie says: "My sculpture 'Enigmatic' explores the balance between strength and vulnerability, reflecting the spectrum of human emotions and experiences. It symbolises the dualities of stability and change, the known and the unknown, and the ongoing transformation of life."
And here now is the German band 'Enigma' with the haunting song 'Sadeness, Part One'. Perfect for listening to while observing Bondi's sculptures in 2025.

I come up with so many possibilities it makes my head spin when attempting to ID these. Partly because I "Do Not Disturb" many distinguishing characteristics go unnoticed.
But all in all, mushroom hunting is a great opportunity to get some interesting photos.
