Ice skating in SL can be fun, but filming ice skating in SL is quite a challenge.... but fun too! And even without skates lol

Here is a flat sketch of a deconstructed denim blazer jacket that I designed. It was a part of a collection that was inspired by Tim Burton's "Edward Scissorhands" & Sally from "A Nightmare Before Christmas". This picture was taken before I began the draping process. I wanted the jacket to have a patchwork look to it. The fabric I wanted to use was an amazing quality black stretch denim that was treated with an acid wash look. Certain areas would be really distressed and have shredded pieces of denim paneled in as pictured .I also wanted to incorporate some safety pins into the jacket as decoration.

OKAY, STOP RIGHT THERE. THAT'S IT, HOLD IT. HOLD IT.... DON'T MOVE... DON'T BLINK... DON'T EVEN BREATHE.... THAT'S RIGHT.... STILL, STILL, HERE SHE COMES! DON'T MOVE, SHE'S FREAKING OUT, SHE'S LOOKING ALL WORRIED, OH THERE SHE GOES! SHE'S GETTING THE CAMERA. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T MOVE... LET'S SCARE THE CRAP OUTTA HER. SHE'S GONNA WONDER WHAT THE HELL YOU WERE DOING FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE!
I walked into the room and saw him out there like that. He stayed in that position and didn't move for at least a full minute after I started taking pictures of him. I wasn't sure if he was alive or not. I've never seen one in that position and especially not frozen in that position. I thought he might have been shot or perhaps landed wrong and hurt his back.
But suddenly he jumped up, shook himself off and flew away.
Pin: Oooh I'm telling!!
The guy had a nice car, cool letterman jacket, and cool hair but Chicken knows she's just way too young to date. She also knew little Pin would tell on her if she didn't break up with him. :P
I do like Ed Wood but my favorite Tim Burton film is probably still Edward Scissorhands.

Black and white seems to be even more challenging than color in chalk painting on the asphalt surface of a parking lot. This painting is almost completed except for his black jacket. It was my favorite of the very few B/W entries.
*(these are hard to get in proportion as they take up a parking space. There's an high observation rolling platform for the event photographers to get their shots high over the paintings but the rest of us have to try angles and holding our cameras out over the pictures. We can't stand on the drawings at all.)
They couldn't wait until midnight!!!!
