Along the left, behind the bike, is the railway arch where the body of Frances Coles was found by PC Ernest Thompson at around 2:15am on February 13 1891.
When Thompson found her, he had also heard some footsteps in the distance, but he was required to stay with the body.
She was likely not a victim of Jack The Ripper, but is the final victim listed in the Metropolitan Police's file titled The Whitechapel Murders.

For this first attempt at movie film, I tried the baking soda prewash and if my memory serves me well the vigorous shaking method. Everything seemed to go well as a lot of "dirt" came off when I dumped the baking soda solution. I refilled and emptied the tank several times until the water came out completely clear. Then the two developers and fix with washing in between each step. The ECN2 process was more ... #etbtsy

Again showing the power of off the film metering capabilities of the OM2. Taken with an Olympus OM2n and Zuiki 24mm f2.8 lens on Kodak Vision3 50D. The film was processed in ECN2.
When I see this photo, it makes me think of the musician Gil-Scott Heron. They kind of look alike in my mind. Leica R4, Summicron 50mm f/2, Fujifilm Color 200 (USA), ECN-2 development.
