Fotografowanie na 🇵🇹portugalskiej Maderze dobiegło końca, podczas tygodniowego pobytu na wyspie lotnisko odwiedziłem 6 razy w celach spottingowych co oznacza ni mniej ni więcej, że materiałów jest bardzo dużo 😁😁😁
O samym lotnisku opowiem więcej w kolejnych postach, na pierwszy strzał maszyna należąca do ✈Iberia Regional ( Air Nostrum) wykonująca trzy razy w tygodniu rotację na trasie z 🇪🇸Madrytu-Barajas ( LEMD/ MAD). Samolot o znakach 🇪🇸EC-MLO w specjalnym malowaniu Visita Vigo odwiedził "wyspę wiecznej wiosny" 16 czerwca🔥🔥🔥

Escuadrón Air Nostrum awaits the beginning of another long working day a month into their summer season lease to Croatia Airlines. A stretch of a stretch that is itself a stretched stretch of a 70s business jet, the CRJ-1000 has not brought much fortune to Bombardier - for despite being on sale for six years now, it has seen service with only four operators worldwide: Air Nostrum and Binter Canarias of Spain, Hop of France and Garuda of Indonesia.
An interesting detail is that the 1000 was the also first Bombardier passenger jet to feature Fly-By-Wire technology - if only in a (very) limited application. The only FBW bit on it is the Yaw Damper (YD), a system that modulates the deflection of the rudder to keep the aircraft flying in a coordinated manner without input from the crew. Normally mechanical on aircraft of this size, the YD was selected for this treatment as a low risk option - since its main purpose was to validate Bombardier's implementation of FBW before its inclusion in the then-new CSeries...
(and for those wondering what I was on about with all that stretching in paragraph one: the CRJ-1000 is a stretched CRJ-900... which is a stretched CRJ-700... which is a stretched CRJ-100/200 - which itself is a stretched Canadair Challenger. The upshot is that all that exercise had made the 1000 88% longer than today's CL-605 - or nearly a meter and half more than the A320!)
