This was taken recently, and I hoped the Sahara dust cloud was a contributing factor. I’m going to try again when the plume may be more evident. The flowers were lovely, and my little dog loved poking about in the weeds....and collecting burrs and dirt.
Another photo from the amazing collection of automobile nostalgia at the Zink Motor Company in Appleton City, Missouri. They’ve been selling Ford cars and trucks since 1916. This is just one corner of their upstairs “museum”. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area....

These grow in clusters and were very abstract looking.
It was a breezy day so please forgive the lack of sharpness. :-)
Old and Dusty looks like small view camera, actually a dummy camera, looks good sitting there but cant take a picture, one of mine, found in North Carolina.
This week's theme for Mosaic Montage Monday was Dusty. As the Sedum transitions into Fall, their party is not over yet! HMMM!
Pretty much dust ... And besides, it looks as if the piano is playing scary alone :O

By now most of you know of Dusty and his story. I have an album devoted to his photos now, and you can catch up there if you haven't seen him before.
Dusty has a thick coat of fur and was certainly not worried about the cold - except for his paws. But his reaction here was typical. Total bemusement.
