I don't know this woman's name. I was there to have the green tie that I wore to the opera drycleaned because I spilled on it and I love that tie and while I was there I was taking video of her birds and she asked me to take pictures of her and e-mail them to her because she was having difficulty with her scanner. She didn't get the stains out of the tie but she also didn't charge so, what are you gonna do?
